Frequently asked questions
Format
85 × 55 mm – one of the two standard business card sizes. This size is comparable to, for example, a payment card.
90 × 50 mm – the second standard size, now less commonly used.
It is possible to produce custom business cards in any size, shape, or fold.
Color
CMYK 4/4 double-sided – the business card is printed in full color on both sides
CMYK 4/0 single-sided – the business card is printed in full color on one side, the other side remains blank
For printing in black only or with special colors (gold, silver, etc.), please contact us for a customized offer.
Paper weight
300 g/m² is standard business card paper
350 g/m² is premium, thicker paper

Paper finish
Glossy paper has a smooth, shiny finish on both sides
Matte paper has a rougher surface, suitable for example for loyalty cards, where stamps or handwritten text won’t smudge

Lamination
Laminating business cards increases durability, protects the print, and above all creates a more attractive look. A thin laminating film is applied to the paper on both sides.
Lamination finish
Glossy – a glossy-laminated business card can resemble, for example, a payment card or other shiny cards.
Matte – matte lamination has the advantage that fingerprints are less visible and light reflections are reduced.
